The French Open 2009 results for the Quarterfinals. Second seed Serena Williams defeated Aleksandra Wozniak of Canada to a 6-1, 6-2 victory. It seems Serena was able to win easily, putting down Aleksandra Wozniak into two straight sets win.
While number 2 seed Roger Federer was having a hard time defeating Tommy Haas. Federer was down in first two sets to Haas, 6 – 7; 5 – 7. Roger Federer has pushed the game to five sets before coming away with the victory. Federer will face number 11 seed Gael Monfils in the next round.
