Samsung launched virtual store for mobile video downloads
Samsung has launched a virtual store for mobile video downloads. European customer can now buy or rent TV programs and movies and download it to their mobile phones. Samsung Movies service offers more than 500 films from studious like Warner Bros., Paramount, and Universal.
The services is initially launched in Britain and Germany, but could be available in other European markets later in the year. Price starts from 2.49 pounds for 24 hr. rental or 4.99 pounds to buy a movie. Newer films could cost up to 16.99 pounds t buy.
The said service is compatible for Samsung phones with video-enabled. But the company plans to expand the service to laptops, MP3 and MP4 portable music players, and Samsung TVs.
