TripAdvisor has came out their 2009 list for top 10 dirtiest hotels in America. And for the third time in four years as America’s dirtiest hotels is Hotel Carter in Times Square, New York. Hotel Carter is followed by the Continental Bayside Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
