The new James Bond movie Quantum of Solace scores high in British Box Office Record on its openning day taking $7.9 million (£4.94 million) ticket sales. The 22nd Bond film starring once controversial Daniel Craig has scored in England which broke the record previously held by 2005 film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire raked in $6.5 million (£4.025million) upon its debut on November 2005.
Quantum of Solace also surpased the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale which took $4.7 million ( £2.9million) on it first day in British cinemas. The said James Bond new film opens in U.K. , France and Sweden latest outing exploded with a massive 38.6 million (£23.8 million) in 2,123 theaters.
The new Jame Bond movie Quantum of Solace will be released in North America on November 14th.
