2 Doctors and A Nurse in Suspension over Cebu Surgery Scandal
2 doctors and a nurse that involves in a surgery scandal at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center where placed under a three months preventive suspension. Department of Health (DOH) regional director Susana Madarieta approved the three month preventive suspension order against Dr. Philip Leo Arias – head surgeon, Dr. Max Joseph Montecillo – assisting surgeon and nurse Carminia Sapio.
The three medical staff are among the members of the medical team facing administrative charges for possible misconduct behavior of doctors and nurses who video taped laughing and cheering while on operation to remove a canister stuck inside a patients anus. The said video was posted on a video sharing site YouTube which makes it seen by people worldwide.
Six VSMMC medical staff where actually include in the complaint but only three were suspended because the level of charges filed against them justified a preventive suspension. The said incident prompted the DOH to tighten the hospital procedures in the operating room.

they should rot in jail and not just that stupid three month suspension. In jail and fucked in the ass daily…..who knows they might just enjoy it…..
